Challenge
Strings & Things are well used to world snack domination. But like every market, sales ebb and flow. It was time to create a new, exciting cheese snack that was unlike anything else out there – using the company’s existing production facilities. Working closely with the Research and Development team at Strings & Things, we helped develop ‘Cheeshapes’ – a world-first shaped cheese snack.
Approach
Emojis and icons are part of a kid’s lexicon in the 21st century. So why not turn them into a snack? Through a combination of product tweaking and shape development, we helped create an exciting new range of 3D emojis and icons made of cheese. We then took the energy and attitude of the Strings & Things brand into new packaging for ‘Cheeshapes’, adding fun games to appeal to kids and healthy-eating messages to reassure parents.
